School of Rock Santa Ana Debuts With its First Epic Show!

By Annie Young, Publisher for Macaroni Kid Santa Ana September 6, 2021

School of Rock Santa Ana had their very first performance last month and it was amazing! They performed at the iconic Frida Cinema in Downtown Santa Ana (Great choice of venue!)

These talented Santa Ana youths killed it! Don't take my word for it, check out the highlights:

The totally impressive groups were aptly named Black Blizzard, Phrozen Phoenix, Indie Rock, and Beatles vs. Rolling Stones. These kids trained for months on their instruments (keyboard, drum, bass, guitar, vocals) and rehearsed into the evening. Bottom line, School of Rock Santa Ana creates ROCK STARS!

I may be a little biased as my daughter sang a few songs in her group (you can check out a clip on my instagram page), but the show was epic. When your child takes a class at the School of Rock Santa Ana they will also be placed in a band with their appropriate age group. Each band practices for about 3 months and they get to choose the songs they want to perform. It all accumulates into a cool rock-n-roll performance where family and friends rock out to these talented kids.

I also cannot say enough about the passionate instructors at the School of Rock Santa Ana! They are all supportive, caring, and really brought out the talent in our kids. We need more people like them in the world. Thank you for existing.
