Pretend City’s Kid-Friendly Festival Features Interactive Art and Local Musicians

Pretend City Children’s Museum is kicking off their second annual Kidstock Music and Arts Family Festival on April 1st with music from local musicians and interactive art activities for the entire families.

Families will want to experience 10 days of music, dancing and art at Kidstock Music and Arts Family Festival at Pretend City Children’s Museum April 1st  - April 10th.  Country, pop, rock, rap -- it will all get you moving and grooving together as a family.  Live performances will be featured every day, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in the Traveling Exhibit as well as throughout the museum. One of the ‘headliners’ this year is “The Beat Buds”  children's musicians with a contemporary sound familiar to adults. Their songs entertain kids and resonate with the parents too.  In addition, is the opportunity for children to paint a car in our interactive “Paint Yard” installation.  Art activities including wristbands, flower crowns, and a weaving activity will be offered every day throughout the week from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
